It might be worth coming to Staten Island Costco. Parking spaces are no problem, there is no wait for wagons and the store shouldn’t be too busy.

Is costco brooklyn limiting people that its such long lines? Is there a specific time to go when its not so bad? Was planning on going this afternoon but now I'm getting nervous

I went mid afternoon. Had to wait about 15 minutes to get in the store, however inside it was empty and there was no lines for checkout. It took 45 minutes from when I pulled into the parking lot until I left with a complete pesach order.
As a bonus , they had Kirkland toilet paper.
