in large frying pan cut up 1 or 2 onions a head of garlic, celery, carrots, & cubed potatoes
place 2 chickens cut up in 1/8s striped of skin atop & add a little olive oil along with black pepper, garlic powder & paprika for a rub
cook on burner medium heat ... checking every 20 minutes the level of moisture ... as it condenses add a tablespoon or 2 of water ... making sure it doesn't burn
ready after about 2 hours
