I sprayed my oven with st Morris. In some places I can't take it away. I can see that there is still soap in small holes. Is it dangerous?

Use a damp toothbrush to try to brush it out of the holes. Also use a slightly wet rag to try to soak it up.

Also should I wait till tomorrow to turn on oven to kasher. Or can I turn on oven now and it will also burn the remaining soap?

Don't burn the remaining soap. Try to get it off before hand. Once you get if off, and it's been 24 hours since it was used for cooking, you can turn on the oven to kasher.
