I’ve been working so hard..
Dh has coronavirus
Kids home from school
Cleaning for pesach
Yesterday I kashered and covered my kitchen... that was hard!!!

Last night I got into bed and suddenly felt so nauseous. I couldn’t even fall asleep
Tossed and turned for hours
Today I can’t move. Not so nauseous anymore but everything hurts.
My back, my feet, my head, my throat-
I just have to get out of bed already!
But I can’t move...
My house has to get cleaned up for shabbos- BIG time! It’s messier than ever!! My kids are waiting for breakfast.
I need physical strength, not a broken body.

Take Tylenol. I'm sorry I hope you aren't coming out with the virus.

It's horrible.

Tylenol, and lots of hot tea instead of coffee. Stay super hydrated.

Before bed, do some gentle stretches to keep your muscles from cramping up. Taking Magnesium supplements help a lot. 500mg to start, but you can take 1,000mg per day.

Everyone has to let go of their own expectations. Excess exertion may not be a good idea.

Refuah shleima, whatever this is.
I'm finishing my first week of corona, I'm on day 7 and I woke up not feeling like a slug! I'll still pace myself but bH there is a light at the end of the tunnel and it's not the train.

Who says you have to clean your house for Shabbat. You’re ahead of the game. Everything necessary for Pesach is done. You’re obviously sick, rest up take some Tylenol and do the minimum needed for Shabbat. It’s ok to have a messy house for Shabbat if both you and DH are sick.

Refuah shelaima.
Please take it easy and let things slide. Do things at a slower pace and rest in between.
Try to get out of bed give kids breakfast and sit on the couch for awhile.
I am getting over the virus and could not move a muscle.
Rest as much as possible and keep hydrated.
Good luck

Your health is first test up. You need to gain your strength back and if it’s the virus you need to stay in bed of course. From now on cereal and bread or matza for young kids and peanut butter for Shabbos is ok and even a must. You need to let go of past expectation. Your family needs you alive.

Thank you everyone!
I did get up and with much effort I made sure everyone got food for breakfast.
I’m back in bed.
Took Tylenol but it doesn’t seem to do anything.
They will need lunch soon!
Shabbos food, even the bare minimum has to be organized
Please Hashem, let this pass soon so I can be a mother to my family.

Refuah Shelaimah. If this so the virus you need to rest and drink as much as possible. Do not push yourself. You are sick. Hope you have a speedy recovery. Tell the kids where the food is and they will have to prepare their own food.
