Has anyone gone shopping at Bingo in BP? What’s the best time to go? Are they fully stocked?

Mostly stocked.
There’s no best time there’ll always be people there. I know someone who went at 3 am and there were people there.
Do your part to be cautious because they’re not really doing much on that part.
