I have fever and terrible sore throuat for a week now. The dr. Prescribed azythromycin, and while my throat is feeling better I’m extremely nauseous. I can’t sleep at night and can’t keep anything down.
Please help me! I can’t take it anymore!!

Yep. This is a great time to go on a diet. The virus killed my appetite for weeks, and it was one of the last things to come back.

Try to eat mild things like oatmeal, or pureed soups. Peppermint tea is good for nausea, and ginger tea is good for nausea and for killing viruses and bacteria.

Grate up some fresh ginger root, steep it in hot water, and then drain it. You can drink it hot or cold, with or without honey or fresh lemon juice.

Refuah Sheliemah!

I’m trying to figure out if my nauseous is from first trimester or if I’m covid positive. It’s so hard trying to make pesach or do anything because I just want to throw up 24 hours a day. My husband tested positive 2 weeks ago already but the only symptom I have is the nauseous so who knows
