Obviously in Israel the entire country is on shutdown, and it's probably safe to assume that there's nowhere in the US that's still functioning in their usual manner, in terms of schools and shuls being open and people leading a fairly normal life while taking reasonable precautions.
I'm wondering if there's anywhere in the world that has a Jewish community that hasn't been significantly impacted and is still operating and preparing for Yom Tov in its usual manner.
No, don't worry, even if there is, I will not be traveling there and endangering them. Just curious if anyplace in Australia, Africa, or South America is remote enough that they're able to still go about their usual routines.

Are Chabad houses in flung places that host sedarim preparing "just in case"?
They must have ordered supplies some time ago.

No.
This is unprecedented as the entire world is going through this together.

Except Yemen and a few walled off cities in other countries.

Isn't Poland still having minyanim? I think there have been ads they are available to say kaddish.
And there hasn't been any mention in the news of cases there.

if there are communities functioning "normally" the best favor they could do for themselves is lockdown now. The reality at the moment is that all it takes is one germ from a person, a traveler, a package, a piece of mail, and so on for the virus to get in and run like wildfire through any community R"L.
I would think by now with the benefit of hindsight people would get this.

Argentina has been on lockdown since the 18th. First they said until the 31st and can extend it at anytime and for now until the 12th of April, but like before can extend it at anytime. I don’t know exactly what it entails though because we’re not in the city where they are much stricter.

There are a couple cities in America that are still going on as normal but I don’t believe they have frum communities there.
