So, after hearing that almond flour makes delicious non-pesachdik tasting baked goods, I bought a large bag. Now I am not sure what to make with it! Anyone have some really yummy recipes that are not a super patchke? (Anon because I have been asking in real life!) Thanks!

Use as breading for chicken schnitzel. If you have a recipe for sweet and sour sauce, you can have yummy Chinese food.

I tried that recipe once, and found it to be pretty dry. I don't know if I messed it up, though.

These are so easy and delicious ( I don't bother with the frosting)

Flourless Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients
For The Cake:
1 tablespoon coconut oil to grease the pan
1 ¼ cups (4.22 oz.) almond flour
½ cup (1.5 oz.)unsweetened cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon kosher salt
4 large eggs at room temperature
¾ cup + 2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
For The Chocolate Frosting:
4 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons of maple syrup or more to taste
1 cup fresh strawberries sliced

Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 325 F degrees. Spray/brush a 12-cup muffin pan generously with coconut oil and line it with muffin liners. Set aside.
To make the batter: Mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add in the maple syrup and vanilla extract and whisk until fully combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until thoroughly combined.
Pour the batter into the greased muffin tin. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Set aside to cool for 20-30 minutes before frosting.
Meanwhile, to make the chocolate frosting, bring a cup of water in a small pot. Place a heat-proof glass bowl over the pot. Place the chocolate and maple syrup in it. Using a wood spatula, mix until chocolate melts completely.* Taste for sweetness and add in if necessary.
Spoon the frosting over the flourless chocolate muffins and garnish them with strawberries.
Serve immediately.

Found it! It was Family Table last year.

3 eggs
1.5 cups sugar
3/4 cup oil
1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
2 tsp baking powder
3.5 cups almond flower
1/2 cup potato starch
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cocoa powder

preheat oven to 350
beat eggs and 1 cup sugar until light and fluffy. Slowly add oil, then vanilla, then baking powder, almond flower and potato starch
remove half of the dough and set aside.
add 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon and cocoa to dough in bowl and mix well.
Return reserved dough and pulse to marbleize- don't mix totally.
On parchment paper cookie sheet, make small loaves (it spreads).
Optional: sprinkle cinnamon sugar (1/2 tsp cinnamon 2 TBSP sugar)
bake 40 minutes and slice while warm

I found this on here, not sure where but they are delicious. We prefer without chocolate chips.

Chocolate Chip Cookies
•2 cups sugar OR 1 cup sugar + 1 cup brown sugar, packed
•2 eggs
•1 cup oil
•2 Tbsp vanilla sugar OR 2 tsp vanilla extract
•3 cups very finely ground almonds
•1 cup potato starch
•1 cup chocolate chips

Whisk together the sugar, eggs, and oil. Add in the vanilla, almonds, and potato starch and mix until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Freeze the batter for 1 hour to make it easier to form the cookies.
Form into 1” balls. Arrange on 4 cookie sheets about 2” apart. Do not flatten cookies as they will spread out.
USE PARCHMENT PAPER
Bake in oven preheated to 350 for 12-18 minutes.
Cool completely before removing from pan.

Toast the almond flour for 2 minutes in a pan with paprika, onion, garlic, salt and parsley flakes if you have. Delicious coating.
