The Molten Chocolate Cups
from Prevention magazine

3 oz chocolate (chips are fine)
oil
instant coffee
sugar
eggs

You melt 3 oz of chocolate with 3 T oil and 2 tsp instant coffee over low heat. Remove from stove, add half cup sugar. Whisk 3 eggs and 2 whites and add to mixture. Divide amongst 6 ramekins (I used disposable foil containers) and bake 15 minutes at 350; top will crack and edges will set but inside will be gooey. Serve warm.

Do you beat the whites separately (make "snow")?
