Chicken bottoms baked with potatoes and sweet potatoes

breakfast: whatever chometz is left that anyone feels like eating

lunch: potato latkes with sour cream, cut salad, tuna, hard-boiled eggs, boiled potatoes

Later on I will have some baked chicken

maybe we'll get started on our first Pesach cakes

imade a onion kugel
6 blinzes
5 big onions suete
than mix in 5 eggs
1 t salt
put it a round bekele take one blintz I put onions on top make 5 layers bake 350 for 1 hour

Lunch will be pesach crackers with a platter with choices of sliced kielbasa, tuna, sliced eggs and guacamole.

Early dinner will be roasted potatoes and baked breaded chicken cutlets (more of this will be served seder for those who are still interested).

Lunch is lamb chops. We want the 14th of Nissan to smell like roasted lamb, because that's when the korban Pesach was given. (Check your minhag, some don't eat roasted meat on the afternoon of erev Pesach.)

We also have cucumbers and leeks, and watermelon for dessert, to remember what the Jews ate in Egypt.

We like to get into the spirit of things.

I also make a big pot of loaded chicken soup and leave it on the stove for anyone who's hungry to take.

I don’t understand. How are people eating a fleshing meal in the afternoon on erev Yom Tov?!

I don't understand 3 meals.
Breakfast is chametz
Around 3 is potato chip schnitzel and mashed potatoes.
Maybe I'll cut up some fruit.

Breakfast: Either cereal or a banana and yogurt

Lunch: roast potatoes and scrambled eggs (I pour the eggs ontop of potatoes towards end of roasting time and cooks together in oven. Yummy and easy Smile

Supper: cold cuts and kugel or shnitzel & kugel.

Breakfast: Chometz cereal, berries, and bananas. And coffee.

Early Lunch: Yogurt, nuts, cheese. And more coffee.

Late Lunch: Potato chip chicken strips, mashed potatoes

Munchies: Potato chips, chocolate chip macaroons from a can, almond macaroons, grapes, dried fruit

I'm going to try the potatoes and eggs! How long do you cook eggs for?
