but with only plain ingredients? e.g. bananas or applesauce?
(I do have agave but I think it will still be too much sugar)
I assume I will use almond flour or ground almonds, not potato starch
no chocolate chips... no vanilla...
Is it worth the patchke? I should I just eat an apple?

Are almond date balls an option?
Roast nuts with a sweet and salty coating.
Baked apple with cinnamon.
Mango and almond milk blended for froze fruits.
Frozen grapes.
Nice cream made from frozen slices of banana.

I make this during the year using 100% chocolate bar cut into chunks and 1/3 cup of erythritol instead of 1 cup of sugar
It’s very easy to make
For Pesach try to find 85% or higher and you can use xylitol

I’m planning to make simple baked apples. Maybe an apple crumb cake but that’s kinda carby. Very challenging on Pesach!

Apples are carby to begin with
Do you use frozen berries
Defrost the berries
Then in a bowl add ground and crushed almonds 1/2 and 1/2 so that it has texture
A little bit of coconut oil
Mix and sprinkle on top
Bake
