Earlier today (or yesterday?), someone posted that she needed ideas of what to do with almond flour, and someone else replied to use it in meatloaf.
I was intrigued by the idea... Can anyone give me a good recipe? I'd like to make it for Yom Tov.

I've done it - just sub your breadcrumbs for almond flour. I happen to like to sub with mashed potatoes.
