This year I didn't/don't manage well. I did a lot less Pesach cleaning and sorting than I should have done.
What about non-food items that are most likely not containing chametz but one never really knows, as they are not labeled klp?
Like shampoo, body lotion, hand cream, air freshener, medications? Do they need to be locked away and included in the chametz sale or can they just stay scattered around the house, as long as one doesn't use them?

If a dog won't eat it, like shampoo etc, you can even use it on pesach and it's not considered chometz. This is what I remember learning a long time ago.
