I have some cooking questions:
I made broccoli kugels and froze them raw. How do I bake them now? Defrost first or straight into the oven? Temperature?
I made Yapchik hoping to overnight it Friday night. Can I do that on the blech?
Thank you!!

Uncover the broccoli and bake still frozen at 400 or 450. Will take longer since they are frozen, but defrosting first will make it way too soggy.
You can make yapsuk on the blech. Put it in a spot that works for you, like cholent on shabbos, and check it throughout. Move it closer or further away from the flame as needed.
