Probably not. If it’s cooked already you an probably fry chunks of it.

I NEVER it’s oil in my kugel. Only on the bottom. It’s always perfect

On pesach I never put oil. I put more eggs and more water. It's a bit dry but we like it that way

It will be fine. Eat it fresh for best results. Any leftovers wrap in foil and placed in the cholent. Good yom tov!

Sorry for hijacking but what is your pesach recipe for potato kugel? We don't use oil, (only shmaltz)on Pesach and my oven is pareve. I'd like to avoid doing a frying pan kugel if possible.

10 potatoes, 2 cups seltzer, if you don't wanna use seltzer you can use water but it's not as fluffy, 8 eggs, and 1 T salt.

Use your regular potato kugel recipe but instead of oil put in half the amount of schmaltz. Don't put in full amount.
