I made a chocolate chip cookies it came out delicious. I made the same recipe again but forgot this time to first cream the eggs, oil and sugar. I put the first batch in oven and it totally flopped. The oil separated from the cookies and got burned. It totally didn't BAKE nice. This first batch went strait in the garbage.
Can I still rescue the rest of the cookie dough? Is there anything I can do with it? Or is it to late?

Freeze the dough for 45 min and see if it comes together. Then roll into balls and don't flatten because they will flatten on their own.

You can also try freezing the rolled balls until solid, then bake directly from freezer.
