My kids are the same age. We bought a ton of new toys and games (Candy Land, chutes and ladders, play food). My kids love pretend play, puzzles, hide and go seek, animal rides. During the week they enjoy baking and crafts. I would love to hear more ideas.

Hmm.
Would you use glow sticks if they were cracked before YT? Fun to hide and find. Or take a toy matza or puzzle piece of a pesach puzzle, play hide and find the afikomen.
Take one of your mattresses, set up a chair or small ladder, let them jump onto it from a height.
Look online and print some stories you could tell/read/act out.
Make a yam suf and cross through it.
Do some simple cooking or baking.
Make a schedule ahead of time, with pictures -- ball time, puzzle time, seudah time, etc.
Make and crash block towers.
Set up a scavenger hunt in advance, with pictures of the things they need to find, and bags to put their finds.

With the 18month old it’s a little harder but here are games for the 3 and 4 yr old
Hide n seek
Build forts using cushions, pillows, and blankets and then tell stories
Simon says
Mother may I
Red light Green Light
The stop go game
Hot Potato “The ball goes round and round”
Balloon can’t touch the ground
Rolling the ball around
Playing catch
Monkey in the middle
Snake with a jump rope and you have to jump over the snake
Hot Cold game
Who can build the tallest tower
Duck duck goose

My most successful toy at that age was assorted rocks, little gems, and shells. Mix em all together in a big, flat box, like an under the bed storage box. Add a bunch of trucks and diggers to play 'construction'. Add toy pots, pans, spoons, tea set to play 'cooking'. When my boys were 6, 4, and 2 they played this for hours almost every shabbos. When I was really desperate for play to last a long time I put the bin on some towels and let them add water. Every time we took a walk or went to the beach they collected more interesting rocks, sticks, and shells for their collection.
