Give to someone that has celiac.
If the package is closed check the expiration date. They may be good for a very long time.

If they're Oberlander's chocolate ones, I'll take them all off your hands.

Can you tell me how to turn them into pie crust? I have lots of macaroons and need a pie crust.

I'm really bad about measuring so I don't know the exact measurements but you basically just crumble up the macaroons, about 2 cups? Maybe a little less, mix with about 1/2 cup butter or margarine, 1/4-1/2 cup of sugar. Press into a pie pan

Press an almond into the top, dip the whole thing into melted chocolate, let harden and enjoy your Pesachdik Almond Joys.

I use as a base for cheesecake. Mash them down on the bottom of the pan no need for any additions.

We like them all year but you're not us.

Crumble into little nests into a muffin tin. Melt chocolate and pour into like a pie. top with slivered nuts and coconut. Freeze. PM me if you want the Instagram recipe screenshot.
