I have A LOT of almonds mostly ground but some whole.
Need ideas/recipies to help use them up please!

Almond brittle.
Melt sugar on a low flame until it is syrup. Mix in almonds, and spread on parchment paper. Once cool, crack into pieces.

Some have been in the freezer for sure since last pesach and some might be from before that I dont want to see

You can bread chicken and fish
make baked goods, breads, muffins, cookies, crackers
make almond butter and almond milk

Mix ground nuts with sugar or sweetener, peel apples and slice into rings (1/2" to an inch thick) .
Dip apple rings in egg white (or oil if you're not calorie conscious).
Dip into nut mixture. Bake on 350 about 1/2 hour (I like longer because we like it super soft). It's delicious!

There are so many dietetic cookies and biscotti recipes that use ground almonds.
I also use it to bread fish or cutlets year round when I'm trying to stay off flour.
