I touched my eyes before Negel vasser

I left contacts in so I physically removed them with my hands but o didn’t wash Negel vasser. Now what should I do??

Nothing. Wash your hands and try not to do it again...
Also did you wash your hands with soap and water before at least?

Nothing . It’s ok. You can wash around them three times if you want.

We asked a Rabbi about it once. My son hurt is finger and got stitches and was advised not to remove the bandaid only once a week by a dr.
So everything he touched became tamei?
The Rabbi said no, and no need to put bag on and wash in bag etc (he had to keep it dry) because in our day and age it’s not a problem.
Yes generally we wash but it’s not like in the olden days when tumma was more strong.

Your eyes. After you washed your hands.
Like if a kid touches food before negel vasser you can wash the food item three times..... (like if it’s an apple).
