Zoom exercise classes

I’m not part of any ongoing gym- wasn’t before carona.
Does anyone know though how I can get onto some zoom exercise classes?
Nothing too much - just something fun and interactive.

Don't know what it is like at all, but saw a dance or exercise cha zoom advertised on hillygram.com
It's in LA, so the middle of the night in Eastern time...

Crossfitnessnj.com is offering multiple zoom exercise classes a day, charging $7/class or $15/wk for unlimited classes

Tammy (instructor at Lucille) is giving 8 zoom classes per week plus she just added one for teens. I’m
not gonna post her info online but you could pm me.

From Sarede Switzer in Crown heights:
Due to popular request, I'll be offering Donation Based Zoom Yoga 2x per week now

(Sundays and Wednesdays).

Wednesday Classes (starting tomorrow) will be:

11amEST Power Yoga (All Levels)
5pmEST Restorative Yoga (Beginners)

Suggested donation is $15 per class or $20 for both.
Or whatever you can afford.

Pre-registration is required in order to participate.

Can I ask a dumb question. TMI

I’m not so instagram savvy. I don’t think I have an account. Actually not sure lol
When someone sends me info on something & it’s on instagram, I just go & check it out snd then that’s it. I don’t follow anyone or anything like that. I don’t really even know how to do that. Totally no interest.
Also, to go on a zoom class don’t I need an invite?
If anyone could clarify for me I’d really appreciate it.
