What kind of milchigs are you cooking? You don’t have to kasher it if it’s dry, and dry included things the consistency of pizza and the like.

I think you have to ask a Rav--different people hold differently on this topic.

You really have to ask your lor. From what I know is that you have to wait 24 hrs first, them burn it out or self clean, use it for parve and then you can use it for milchig. And then when you want to switch it back do it the same way.

Like the previous posters said, people hold differently on this.

I think a good majority of people go from either meat to parve OR dairy to parve (burning it out in between) and back but not meat to dairy or vice versa in same oven.

I know I've heard of people doing meat to dairy but I'd think you'd have to wait at least 24 hrs before burning it out. That you'd need to verify.

I'm pretty sure I've seen you can cook dairy stuff in a meat oven only you have to make sure to double wrap dairy stuff in foil and it has to be "dry" foods (not like a liquid cake batter that generates steam). You'd have to check with your rabbi; the rules are complex and need to be followed accordingly in order not to treif up your foods and oven.
