Are yeled v'yalda employees working remotely? Or are their offices completely closed? I am in the process of applying for a program through them and I want to know the status.

I have a child that receives their services and yes they are working remotely either with Zoom, or even just regular telephone calls depending on parents preferences. They got approval to do either, just a parent needs to sign a consent form for the telephone/ electronic services.
I heard they were also giving out devices that have only Zoom with everything else blocked. I am not sure if those were being given free or for a cost.

We get services from them but no teletherapy is being provided to my child as of yet.

I think they are working from home. Call them at their regular work extension, leave a message, and they will call back. Or send an email if you have an email address.

One employee I spoke to from the office had her regular office phone being forwarded during certain times to a undisclosed personal number at home.

You can also try calling 718.514.8604 which is the "main" number of the department I deal with which is a very small department but I usually reach anyone easily. I haven't tried calling recently since I have those emails already.
