Why don't you subscribe to Netflix or if you have amazon prime there are loads of stuff available for streaming.
Many public libraries have the ability to checkout digital material but selection and availability is less.

Chasidish. Only have a DVD player at home. Libraries are not open. Can't afford to buy a few DVDs at the store now
