My long wavy wig was cut by a professional but she did a very uneven job.
Is there any risk for me to trim the bottom? Are there specific rules about how to cut?

Yes it needs to be cut on someone's head, preferably yours!
The foam heads do not have the right shape. It might be better depending on how bad it is now but it probably won't be even.
