Please help me write a condolence letter

I'm a frequent poster, but I feel more comfortable being anonymous for this one.

My friend lost her 35 year old daughter to coronavirus.

She is in a state of such deep sadness, that she is not up to taking menachem avel calls.

Since yesterday, I have been trying to write her a note, to share in her pain and show that I care.

But I can't. I simply can't find the words. It comes out stiff, formulaic, formal, wordy... I've ripped up so many efforts.

I feel awkward asking for help with such a personal note, but I'm well and truly stuck. I would be very grateful for any assistance, and would tweak the lines to suit the situation specifically.

I just got up from Shiva.
We appreciated all the letters very much.

I appreciated the ones that were raw with the writer's emotion.

I usually dont like emotional letters it makes me feel that it's not real but somehow, in Shiva, from the person that wrote it, I knew it's real and it felt comforting.

Ill try to help you. I hope I'm coherent.

Something like;

To my dearest and beloved ____
My heart sank when I heard the besurah that your/our dear beloved daughter _____, is no longer with us.

We are crying along with you. (Has to be true)
How can we not cry after knowing that ______(nifteres real name) is no longer going to enhance our lives with ___? And the world as a whole with____?

Her_____ and her ___. How can we not cry that we lost this?

Who will do ______ (what nifteres did)?

She was such a ____ (nifteres strength) person (has to be true).
She can not be replced.

We lost. Klal Yisroel lost.

We will miss her.
We are staying with a hole in our hearts. Forever.

How can we be Menachem you on such a terrible loss?

The only thing that can be menahem us is that ____ ( add tiny vort regarding nechama here)
