What was the breakfast and lunch menu today and does anyone know if there will be more variety in the future or this is what it is.

The non-kosher menu through May 29 is identical every day - sandwich, veggie, fruit and milk so I assume the kosher would be equivalent. I believe someone posted that the variation would be tuna, hummus or egg salad sandwich.

Kosher menu by me (Brooklyn)
Breakfast:
Apple
Milk
Yougurt
Gronaola
Or
Apple
Milk
Muffin
Cheerios
There was also one more - was same items as above just a different combination
One time we also got a little orange juice
Lunch:
Apple
Milk
Small roll
Few grape tomatoes
And either
Chumus, tuna or egg salad
