offer a freebie on your website --- use aweber or something similar to capture names and email addresses--- everyone who signs up for the freebie is now on your list. don't forget to share with your LinkedIn, twitter, facebook, Instagram, etc followers that you're offering the freebie.
free pdf, free ebook, free list, free podcast episode, free video, etc etc etc.
