Lots of tele health and question desks (just did a tele health appt with one dr it was great!)
My dr has multiple offices. They closed all but one. Also a lot of staff was out sick.
In the height of covid they didn’t take all sick patients. Sent to urgent cares dealing with covid or checked outside.
Many are having you wait in your cars to be called in.
Or having nurses go out to do cultures
