So today I decided to make a vegetable soup with all the vegatables I have in the house. While I was organizing my ingredients I was very worried how it would taste cuz of the variety combination. Turns out I had 2 bowls. It was that delicious.
Sauteed onion/garlic. Added celery, portebello mushrooms, the white mushrooms(dunno what they're called), carrots, a tiny parsley root, frozen zucchini, and frozen butternut squash. Once it was cooked I blended it and added a little barley. You can't even tell you how delicious it was!
