What would you use it for?
I save a little bit to keep it moist in the tin or bag it's being stored in.

Start from scratch next time. Your next beef tongue liquid will be just as tasty next time around!
If it's a good broth and you really don't want to discard it, you can use it to cook rice in.

Throw it in a veggie soup. In mashed potatoes. Bake cubed potatoes in it.
