Sugar Cookies
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Oil
2 1/2 cups Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1-2 TBSP Vanilla Sugar
Combine ingredients until dough forms, shape into cookie shapes, bake @350 for 15-20 minutes, or until cookies are light brown.

I make a cookie sheet "cake" and cut it into small squares. We call it "cake cookies".
Does that count?
I have several chocolate chip recipes and one that is a browny/fudge type.
