I'm trying to eat healthier. I don't have time (or patience) for complicated or even simple recipes. Just want to learn to cook healthy and need ideas.

I will tell you what I have so far to help you get an idea of what I am looking for and also what I already know...

Steam vegetables in steamer. I tried so far cauliflower and California blend.
Butternut squash sliced in half with oil salt and cinnamon
Bought butternut squash cut in sticks and did the same
Zucchini rounds in oil and salt uncovered
Sane thing covered. I think without oil.
Salmon I have a recipe with mayo, salt, lemon juice and black pepper
Chicken I spice with onion, garlic, paprika
Shredded carrots, beets, parsnip with oil, salt, lemon juice
Israeli salad
Sweet potato in skins
Potatos multiple ways...

Thanks so much!

I’m not sure what kind of things you’re looking for if you don’t want recipes but here’s something I do often that is really yummy:
I put water (not oil!) in a frying pan and add string beans, fry/cook for a little, add pieces of zucchini, continue frying, and add chicken cutlets that were cut into slivers or small pieces. I add some garlic and garlic salt, and it tastes great while being healthy. If you want you can add/cook it in soy sauce if you want an extra kick.

Toss trimmed green beans with oil, spread over a rimmed cookie sheet and roast at 400 for 8 minutes, no longer. Toss with fresh garlic and coarse salt after.

Open a bag of frozen broccoli and spread the florets over a rimmed cookie sheet. Spray with oil (avocado oil spray tastes great with this). Sprinkle broccoli generously with salt. Roast at 450 for 20 minutes.
