Here's a recipe - it may stretch the gefilte a little...
1 boiled fish loaf
1 large egg
¼ cup matzoth meal
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 cup finely shredded carrots
-pre heat oven to 350
-in bowl, mix together all ingredients
-spread mixture evenly in a cookie pan (it should have some depth to the pan) that’s been coated w/cooking spray
-bake in oven for 25-30 minutes
-remove when top is slightly browned, let cool
-using a cookie cutter, cut out the pieces of fish and serve (I just slice it)
