Have you ever ordered shoe taps online?

We ordered some years ago and just ran out. They're not available anymore.
I want taps with adhesive and nails. I'm looking on Amazon. Besides there being a number of options, I don't know what size to get. It would be for women's and men's shoes, adult sizes. TIA.

I but I am so curious what do they do for the shoe? Help the soles stay longer?

For those of who wear down our soles fast, particularly the heels, it expands the life of the shoe. DIY is pretty cheap.

We always get taps on our shoes. I just never knew you can do it yourself. How do you get them in?

They sell on line for a fraction of the price. The adhesive puts them in place, then there are nails to hammer in so the taps won't move. Don't ask me more, dh does it.
