This doctor says that quite a lot of Covid19 patients who need ventilation develop "ICU Delirium". this is a psychologic disorder which translates to paranoia, nurses are out to get them, and can also result in a drop in IQ by 10-20 points, which can be permanent.
Might this be the reasons why we hear all kinds of conspiracy theories about Covid-patients in hospitals?

I think more this YouTube video was put out to disqualify all the patients. Is there any proof at all to what he is saying where is he getting this info from? It’s more hospitals are trying to protect themselves from any lawsuits. Let’s just wait a few months when nurses in New York start commuting suicide because they can’t live with the guilt of how many patients they killed.

Please don't start this discussion again. There's strong documented proof of gross neglect in NYC hospitals during the first few weeks. Then there are the frontliners risking their lives and who feel hurt by the allegations.
Please let those in charge sort it out. There are askanim and politicians collecting anecdotes and trying to rectify the situation.
Any discussion is just angering people on both sides.

Yes. Patients coming off ventilators and sedation are usually delirious.
Thankfully, many of them recovered enough and are now back to themselves.
Their IQ did not drop even 1%.
PS
1. Do you live in the Tristate area?
2. Do you know someone that was in the hospital?

So in sum, we should disregard patients' relatives descriptions, because they're not the patient, and we should also disregard the patients' own descriptions because they were probably delirious.

Um, no.
There are plenty of stories from people who snuck into the ICU, from Hatzalah members, from chevra kaddisha, and from family members who were getting frustrated at the wall they encountered in advocating for their patient.

ICU psychosis is a real thing and hopefully temporary. That being said, you cant discount reports of abuse; they need to be investigated properly.

I agree that claims of abuse and neglect in ICU have to be investigated...
