Do you have farmer cheese and sour cream available? I have a delicious recipe for cheese cake that does not have any cream cheese, yet has the creamy texture of it.

The dietetic ones usually substitute the cream cheese with yogurt, you probably should add sugar though if it's plain yogurt.
