I clipped the recipe to make them this week! If you make them before Thursday, can you let me know how they come out?
1/2 c coconut oil, betterine, or olive oil
3/4 c tahini paste
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1.5 c chopped chocolate
Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment.
beat oil, paste, sugars, vanilla and eggs for 2 minutes.
Make a well and add flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix till just combined.
Form large-sized balls, size of your palm (Note: if using oil, the dough may be more crumbly so squeeze the dough together to form balls.
Bake at 350 for 15 min, rotating halfway.
Remove and transfer to rack to cool.
Good luck!
