I'm referring the potato kugel roll up that you fill with a pastrami filling, does it freeze well?

If you regularly freeze kugel, I would assume this works ok too.
But I'd have to see the recipe first. I'm intrigued!

It's a regular potato kugel baked in a cookie sheet. Then you fry onions with pastrami put it on the kugel and roll it up.
My question is more abt the pastrami mixture than the potatoes.
