The way I understand it, the school runs the names through a database for direct certification (if you were on snap).
Anyone else, they use forms collected from the parents at the beginning of the year.
I don't think there's a way to update it now but reach out to the school to see. Maybe you can turn in a new form and it's not too late. I don't know.
If you qualify for snap, apply to your local county office.
