Didn't read entire thread so I don't know if it was already mentioned:

Cheese filled cannolis. So good! Buy the ready made cannolis (if available where you live) and fill. Easy peasy.

1 8oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 bar Rosemary chocolate- melted
5oz whip cream- whipped

Combine first 4 ingredients and then mix with whip. Pipe into cannolis.

I also do a cheesecake ice cream which I freeze in individual dessert cups. Really delicious too. It's from Balabusta's Choice cookbook.

Also, the pumpkin muffins from the pink kosher by design have a cream cheese filling. They're delicious. I double the filling and use some of it as a topping for pancakes

4 questions on the cream cheese crushed oreos recipe. DO I use whipped cream cheese or block cream cheese? And after I crush the oreos in the food proccessor am I putting them in a bowl and mixing in the cream cheese by hand or adding cream cheese to the food processor? And how much cream cheese do I need approximately? How many balls does this recipe yield?
