The numbers of cases for today were not listed yet for NY..... They've been really late with their daily case counts recently. Really strange. NJ's is up every morning, NY lags all day. It's kind of odd.

If opening is based on when new cases subside we will never open up NY again.

There are 1552 new cases in NY state today. but that number has nothing to do with reopening. let me refresh you:

It's based on being on a decline for a period of time. New cases are not stopping it unless it climbs above a certain threshold. Cuomo basically said that if we behave and don't catch it, he will set us free.
