If you are okay with this, you aren't a conservative!

(I wonder what would happen if after Sandy Hook Obama would make a grand announcement that all governors have the right to confiscate everyone's weapons. It would never happen, but just imagine... )

Can you imagine the lawsuits?

Well... In a european country, they just registered a new outbreak with 100 newly infected persons as a consequence of a church service... (service on May 10, by now about 100 persons infected in this chain)
So I would suppose that this is not such a great idea...

No source. Because it's false. We have a Constitution. Trump is not a dictator.

The Constitution says Freedom of Religion and Freedom of Assembly. So these shutdowns
are UnConstitutional and Trump can enforce the Constitution. It will end up in court but
the Constitution is on the side of opening up Houses of Worship.

It's very simple. Read the 10th amendment. When you are done ,try to get a copy of Employment division vs Smith(1990). Justice Scalia, a fervent Catholic wrote the majority opinion. It's worth a read.

Read the First Amendment: Freedom of Religion and Freedom of Assembly.

Never in history has there been such a prolonged severe shutdown.

Many Constitutional scholars say this is UnConstitutional

No. I think we all got our fill of law-making via "a phone and pen" between 2009 and 2017.
