All of the good role models are davka role models because of how they handled the difficult circumstances of their lives!

Na'ama, Noach's wife? The name is from Midrash, but we don't know of any particularly difficult circumstances in her life. The mabul was more something she lived through than her own challenge.

Unfortunately I would consider many of these people to have undergone challenging
Elisheva-lost 2 sons, Michal- her father took her away from her husband and married her to someone else, Avigayil-look at her first husband....
Some of the men you mention had even more challenges. Amram faced what others of his generation faced.

I heard a shiur recently about people whose lives were hard but found and shared sweetness that we still benefit from. Dovid Hamelech. Rus.
Miriam means bitter waters. Ultimately she was renamed Efrat, because of the families she was responsible for continuing.
Na'ami called herself Mara at one point but the end of her life - which is what counts -was Naami.
Find people you admire, and work with their legacies.
Oh, also part of the shiur: if the purpose of life is comfort, any discomfort will ruin your life. If it's about growth, ah, you use life's situations to grow. And life becomes sweet.
B'shaa tova!

Everyone has challenges in life. Some more than others but life is hard for everyone. That's how we grow. I understand not wanting to name after someone that had many tzaros and few yeshuos but look at how these tzadikkim overcame their hardships and grew into stronger and more pious people because they took their difficulties as a chance to become a better person or closer to Hashem.
