Mine still has not and she is 13 and a half. I began at age 13 and 2 months, but I will rest my conerns until she is at least 15. She is smaller and skinnier than I was at her age. B'h", she is showing all other signs of maturity (including she knows EVERYTHING  ). But hey, that's adolescence.
