Roasting Vegetables today.

Reheating over Shavuos.

How to store them in the meantime so that they won't get soggy?

Keep them in aluminum pans? Or ok to put in a tupperware?

I REALLY don't want them to be soggy. I would like them to taste as freshly roasted as possible.

Thanks

I hope they stay good, roasted vegetables don't always last that long....

I wouldn’t leave any food in the fridge that I cooked today to be eaten dinner yom Tov. ANd roasted vegetables IMO are only that way fresh or reheated in a single layer in the oven. Any other way I wouldn’t bother
