I'm not saying you shouldn't lose weight to be healthier, but if you feel bad about yourself, you need to work on that separately.

I liked the post. I think that everyone deserves to feel good at her weight.
But I will say, that one does feel great if she manages to lose weight. But that's a separate thing.

One can do whatever they want to feel good. If they have excess weight to get rid of, and they manage it, it obviously results in a good feeling but if that doesn't last it's up to them to to their own internal work to get to a good point. Life is a long journey with loads of ups and downs.
Don't get involved in others lives. You do what makes you feel good!

But sometimes if you don’t physically feel well because of your weight it does bring you down emotionally
I have mobility and joint issues because if my weight
It makes me sad that I can’t walk more than 2 blocks.
It’s hard to play with grand kids
But losing weight is hard
I try and try and the scale won’t budge
It’s frustrating

I weigh around 212. I walked 12 km yesterday. I work out 4-7 times a week and have strong boundaries around what I eat. For the first time in my life I am at peace with my weight. Maybe I’ll lose more, maybe I won’t. Either way I feel amaIng and am strong!
