So there’s this brisket sauce by Pure food that you can buy in most groceries. I am attaching a photo of it. Just take sauce put on pan take brisket put On top of the sauce in the pan then rub sauce all around the meat about one and a half bottle of sauce. Cover the pan with foil all the way.Cook on 225 for 6 hours
