My daughter made the menu with me or really vice versa.

Mains: one pan spaghetti, pulled brisket, salmon, chicken, and beef and broccoli

Sides: roasted vegetables, rice, apple kugel, and sea salt sweet potatoes

Salads: coleslaw, cucumber salad, cooked salad, and probably a lettuce salad

Dips: sun dried tomato, olive, techina, babaganush, and if we still have leftover from this past week, matubucha

Soup: chicken

Dessert: two of my kids are having a cheesecake bake off, so two cheesecakes, some sort of cookies, mint brownies, and maybe pareve “cheesecake”.

I’ve defrosted bodek broccoli and used it raw for salads. Works great!
