Firstly, anyone have a good fail-proof recipe?
Second, how can it be warmed up on yt? From experience , when I've ordered out, it doesn't taste good when warmed up.

Do you have the availability to cook up the sauce on YT? It takes 5 minutes.

Cook the fettuccine in advance. Rinse and drain well. Toss with some oil and toss to coat. Seal in a Ziploc bag, squeezing out all the air. On YT, place back into a colander over the sink and pour a kettle of boiling water over it to heat and refresh. Toss with fresh Alfredo sauce.

That's a good idea, to make the sauce on yt. But once the pasta is rinsed, wont the sauce not stick well?

With everything hot again before tossing, it works very well.
